• I am thankful for the food and drink that sustains my body.
• I want to say thank you for the wonderful boyfriend I have that supports me and loves me.
• I am grateful that my car is in good condition and able to take me where I need to go.
• I want to say thank you for my family and friends, who all love me very much and I love them.
• I am grateful that we live in a fantastic neighbourhood with kind and gentle neighbours.
• I am grateful for the security and safety we experience day to day, everywhere and anywhere.
• I am thankful for my beautiful, fit and agile body.
• I am grateful for my talents and gifts, my creativity and my eye for beauty, my healing hands, loving words and skill with words.
• I am thankful that I am alive NOW, because now is a time to make the difference.
