3. Thank you for the wonderful Guided Meditation I could facilitate.
4. Thank you for the lovely food we eat.
5. Thank you for payday and all the abundance brought with it.
6. Thank you for my new car that is coming to me NOW.
7. Thank you for the wonderful vegetables growing in my garden.
8. Thank you for the healthy body I have.
9. Thank you for the fantastic exercise program I have.
10. Thank you for my Life as it is a shining one that affords me wonderful and beautiful opportunites to enlighten and liven up the people around me.

Concerning Tears

1. I thank you for helping me cry my first real tears this morning.
2. I thank you for the life that is changing and moving forward.
3. I thank you for the Light I felt this morning.
4. I thank you for the transformation and release I am going through.
5. I thank you for the fact that it is not always pleasant, but always necessary.
6. I thank you for bringing the salve that could relieve the discomfort in a way that knocked my socks off.
7. I thank you for not giving up on me but rather Blessing me in every way, every day.
8. I thank you for the calmness that I now carry forward for the rest of the day.
9. I thank you for the prospects of rain so we can wash the Earth again.
10. I thank you for the Sun's light and that I can now see where I am going.
