I am

• thankful for the wonderful rain we had last night;
• thankful for my car that brought me safely to work;
• thankful for the wonderful meal Elford had made, as well as the food I have for lunch;
• thankful for the opportunity to break through my issues and my angers;
• thankful for the sunny day and the beautiful summer weather;
• thankful for the silence sometimes, the quiet and the peacefulness I manage to draw from inside myself;
• thankful for having a fabulous family - colourful, interesting and loving;
• thankful for my talents as a dancer and singer;
• thankful for my beautiful body;
• thankful for my knowledge of healing and caring and making a difference;
• thankful for the willingness to be better than I was yesterday, so that I can be the best I am today, so that I may improve on it tomorrow.
