• so grateful for being back safe and rested;
• so grateful for a wonderful day with promise of rain;
• thankful for my pretty little car that gets me to work and back, safely;
• thankful for my boyfriend, Elford, and everything he does for me;
• grateful for the friends I have, especially Kobus and Johan;
• thankful for the lovely house we live in;
• thankful for the abundance of food, always;
• thankful for my wonderful and loving family;
• grateful for the protection and security we have in our neighbourhood;
• thankful for the great neighbours who are always friendly and smiling;
• thankful for my wonderful body;
• thankful for my talents to sing and dance;
• grateful for the gifts of Healing and Teaching.
